Policies

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full deposit refund. Same-day cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit.

Do you charge for late arrivals?

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late must be rescheduled and require a new deposit.

Can I bring children or extra guests?

Please do not bring small children or extra guests who are not receiving services. This keeps the space calm for everyone.

How do deposits work?

Deposits secure your reservation. With 24+ hours’ notice they’re refunded to the original payment method. Same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit.

Do you offer consultations?

Skin + Home-Care Consultation — $25 (credited toward $125+ home-care purchase the same day).

Event Consultation — Complimentary for private spa events up to 12 guests.

  • SWiCH™ Boot Camp (12 sessions/6 months): Pay-in-Full $1200; Monthly $255×6 ($1530); Single $150 every 2 weeks (total $1800). Includes 3-day home care after each session.
  • MandeliClear Peel (30 min): $175 • 2-pack $300 • 3-pack $420 (includes $30 post-care kit). Best Oct–Mar.
Are your peels suitable for darker skin tones?

Yes. We specialize in safe, effective protocols for all skin tones, including melanated skin. Strength, prep, and aftercare are customized to you.

How often should I get a peel and what is aftercare like?

Most gentle peels: every 4–6 weeks. SWiCH: every 2 weeks per protocol. Aftercare typically includes gentle cleanse, hydrate, SPF 30+, and avoiding heat/exfoliation until cleared.

Brazilian vs. Bikini: Bikini = bikini line; Brazilian = full front bikini area, labia, butt strip, plus up to ¼ inner thigh.

Do you host private events and spa parties?

Yes—intimate events for up to 12 guests (bridal showers, birthdays, date nights, networking, and corporate socials). We tailor enhancements and timelines to your group.

Do you work with all skin types, including melanated skin?

Absolutely. We customize every service and home-care plan for your goals and skin type, with a special focus on higher-melanated skin.

How should I prep and how often should I book?

Arrive 5–10 minutes early, come solo (no extra guests), and share your skin goals at check-in. Most facials: every 4–6 weeks; corrective plans vary by consultation.
