How Often Should You Get a Facial?

It's the question we get more than almost any other. The short version: most skin does best with a professional facial about every four weeks, but the right cadence depends on your skin and what you're working toward.

The four-week rule

Your skin renews itself on roughly a 28-day cycle, so a monthly facial meets your skin at each new turnover. That rhythm keeps hydration, exfoliation, and extractions consistent rather than playing catch-up.

Adjust for your goals

  • Maintenance & glow: every 4 weeks with a signature facial
  • Active concerns (acne, pigmentation, texture): a corrective series, often every 2-3 weeks to start, then taper
  • Sensitive or reactive skin: every 5-6 weeks, keeping treatments gentle
  • Special event: book 1-2 weeks ahead, never the day before

Why consistency wins

One facial feels wonderful; a steady rhythm is what actually changes your skin. That's why our packages are priced to reward consistency, they make the every-four-weeks habit easier to keep, and your skin shows the difference.
